The Circle

We went here for New Year’s Eve. We decided to try the 6 course and it was amazing. Every dish was flavorful, decent amount, great portions. This restaurant isn’t like anything we have had in Sussex county. It’s a hidden gem! From the begging our host was friendly and attentive. Our server Justin was great always came by to check on us after each course. High recommend it! Oh and the drinks are delicious. I had the Rose Gin my fav! We will certainly be coming back!

The Circle never disappoints! I have been here several times and always have a great experience trying new dishes and flavor combinations. Their recent menu is one of my all-time favorites. The banana tart with miso caramel was particularly fantastic.

Wonderful dinner for a special occasion or special treat. Loved the oysters! Delicious soft shell crab special. The duck was phenomenal. Excellent and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Dinner was amazing at the circle. Everything we had was great and the server was pleasant and very attentive. I can’t wait to go back there to try something else! I highly recommend it for special occasions or just to please your palette.

Had a really unexpected and lovely experience at The Circle. Walking up to the restaurant it’s in a quaint home with beautiful lights, it was understated but we almost intuitively knew it was going to be an amazing experience. We sat upstairs in a quiet dining room and had a lovely server, Michele, who talked us through all the dishes included the farm to table intentions of the ingredients , and the house made integrity of the restaurant. Our meal was great, start to finish, and each coarse was perfectly sized and timed. It was such a fine dining experience and certainly one of the best meals I’ve had. Will definitely drive the hour back to experience such a special evening once again!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Circle and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped in, the service was unmatched. Justin, our server, did an amazing job ensuring our evening was perfect. Before diving into the appetizers, I must mention the Focaccia bread they serve—it's unlike anything we've ever had. We would have happily eaten many more plates of it! Now, let's talk about the food. We started with the Crispy Rice appetizer recommended by the staff, and it was a revelation. Adding caviar took it to another level, making it a unique dish we've never had before. The lamb ribs appetizer was also a hit, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. For our main courses, we indulged in the NY Strip Steak special and the Faroe Islands Salmon. Both dishes were outstanding; the flavors were exceptional, and the presentation was top-notch. Dessert was equally delightful. The Apple Tart was a beautiful balance of sweet and tart flavors, and the coffee ice cream was the perfect ending to our meal. Overall, The Circle exceeded our expectations in every way. The food was outstanding, the service was impeccable, and the ambiance was perfect for a memorable dining experience. We can't wait to return!

Absolutely loved the food here! Service was great. A bit of a wait but definitely worth it. I loved all the presentation of the food. It didnt just look pretty it tasted as good and it looked. Would recommend to everyone!

Went here last night with my wife for the first time. We had the tasting menu which was fantastic. Both of us enjoyed every course. Oysters were amazing as was the Broccoli soup, and I do not like Broccoli normally. Service was fantastic and very knowledgeable.
